Rules of Engagement
The HSBC Supplier Registration/Administration Program is designed to assist our suppliers, potential suppliers and HSBC in maintaining compliance with critical components governing the terms and conditions necessary for successful supply chain management at HSBC. This information is considered mandatory for all vendors seeking to do business with HSBC.
On the Registration site you will find the Registration form and Code of Conduct. Before completing this Supplier Registration Form we ask that you read and agree by electronic signature to the information and requirements outlined in HSBC's Ethical Code of Conduct for Suppliers.
The Supplier Registration Form will provide us with core information about your business and will help us to understand the nature and scope of the goods and services you can offer to HSBC. The details you provide will be reviewed by HSBC and used to evaluate the general suitability of your business to provide goods and/or services to the HSBC Group of companies.
You will receive an automated acknowledgement of your submission and a more formal connection will be made once an appropriate opportunity is identified. However, this does not confer any approval, guarantee or pre-qualification status on any supplier. The award of any business by HSBC will follow established procedures for bidding, evaluation, contracting and negotiation.
All information received will be treated in the strictest confidence but may be disclosed to any company in the HSBC Group for the purposes of supplier evaluation. Please click here to go to the registration site.
