Diversity Management
Our HSBC-North America diversity initiatives are led by a cross-functional Diversity Council, which promotes understanding of business issues within the context of diversity through leadership and education. The 26-member council helps our organization identify best practices in diversity recruitment, talent development, supplier/partner community building and overall strategy, and provides employees a voice within the organization.
