Instructions on Accessing Career Track
What you will need to login to Career Track:
Login: Your 8 digit employee ID
Password: Your initial password is the last two letters of your last name capitalized, followed by the last four digits of your employee ID, followed by your birth date (yymmdd). If you have logged in to Career Track after 6/2007, use the password that you created at that time.
For example:
John Smith, Employee ID 12345678 and birth date March 14, 1965 should enter the first time as:
Login: 12345678
Password: TH5678650314
After you login, please access your profile and update your email address and resume. If you no longer have access to your HSBC email account, please update email address to reflect your personal email account. Your resume is used to determine if you meet the qualifications for the position. If you apply for a position without an updated resume, you may be removed from consideration. This information can be updated from the "My Profile" section.
