Finance Graduate Development Program

Overview

The Finance Graduate Development Program aims to hire talented and highly motivated undergraduates to enter a rotational program that provides an opportunity to develop into well-rounded finance individuals and potentially become future leaders within the HSBC Finance organization. The program seeks to:

• Enhance Functional & Technical Skills
• Present opportunities for improving communication skills
• Provide exposure to the business and strategy
• Offer challenging stretch assignments for participants

Target Outcomes

All graduates of the program progress through four rotations with the goal of enhancing HSBC's global capabilities with targeted development of:

Duration

The program lasts for two years and allows participants to experience four different rotations ranging from:

• Treasury
• Tax
• Internal Audit
• Controllership
• Corporate Accounting
• Strategic Change Management
• Corporate Financial Reporting
• Management Information and Analysis
