Online Resume Submission
• Upload your resume as a Word document, not a PDF. Add a synopsis to the top of the page for quick appraisal by the recruiter.
• A well-written synopsis — with industry keywords — will help you stand out.
• If you are applying for several positions, submit a resume tailored to each particular opportunity
• Be truthful and accurate. We always do background checks of potential candidates.

Screening
After selecting candidates who meet basic qualifications, the recruiters will contact them by phone. This is to validate certain details as well as assess skills, salary requirements and geographical preference.
