Employee Giving Opportunities
Employees are encouraged to engage with the communities in which we do business. HSBC supports employee involvement efforts on behalf of youth academic education and the environment.
Matching Gifts: HSBC matches, dollar for dollar, personal donations made by eligible employees of $25 up to $3,500 per year, to the eligible nonprofit organizations of their choice.
United for Hope: HSBC's United for Hope employee giving program has been recognized by several organizations as one of the most benevolent workplace giving opportunities in the United States. Thanks to the wonderful generosity of HSBC employees, we are helping to improve the lives of thousands in need through the valuable services provided by our United for Hope partners.
United for Hope encourages personal giving through payroll deduction, which combines employee contributions and creates a greater impact in our communities. Employees may support a United Way in their community or one of ten national non-profit organizations, such as World Wildlife Fund, American Cancer Society and others.
