HSBC Card Services is the sixth-largest issuer of MasterCard® and Visa® credit cards in the United States.
Its principal programs include The GM Cardsm, the AFL-CIO Union Plus® card and HSBC branded cards.
Under the Household Bank and Orchard Bank® brands, the business also offers credit cards to consumers underserved by traditional providers in the United States.
Card Services sells credit card (MasterCard & Visa) products and services in Sub Prime,
Near Prime and Prime portfolios and includes both a professional (Marketing, Risk & Analysis and Compliance) and non-professional section.
With six call centers and more in development, Card Services recruits the highest volume of individuals at HSBC — about 8,000 people — and there is always room for growth.
