Small Business Relationship Manager
Supporting the strength of HSBC’s small business lending arena, our Small Business Relationship Managers extend the reach of HSBC into the community.
These individuals focus on increasing product penetration, profitability and customer satisfaction; it is very much like running a personal business. Success depends on a fresh perspective and innovative problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and expand relationships with small business customers
• Cross-sell products and services to expand relationships
• Develop relationships with referral sources, such as attorneys, accountants and influential community members, to identify prospects for new business opportunities
Key Requirements
• Three or more years of progressive business development and credit experience or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in business, a related field or the equivalent experience
• Strong sales, organizational, analytical, communication and credit skills
• Strong customer-focus orientation
