Branch Manager

Branch Managers are key to the expansion and management of consumer and business account relationships. They also support branch employees, acting not only as a supervisor, but also as a mentor to help employees review and attain goals. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and participate in developing, expanding and managing consumer and business account relationships
• Deliver business plan growth and income objectives; manage, coach and support branch employees on developing, managing and growing profitable customer relationships to support these efforts
• Manage service levels against customer expectations; identify quality gaps and follow up with action plans to address these
Key Requirements
• Five to ten years of proven and progressive branch banking sales and operations experience or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Strong sales, sales planning, managerial, customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Life, health and series 6 and 63 licenses preferred
